It's the same confusion with the Eisenhower Decision Matrix. Which Eisenhower never came up with (it was coined by the late Stephen Covey author of 7 habits of highly effective people).

Indeed Feynman was one of the most pedagogical teachers in Physics, that's probably why Scott named this technique after him.

I looked up the reference quickly so you can check: it's at Chapter 11 page 191. The book is Ultra Learning. I highly recommend it if you did not read it.
